Watch out if you have wrinkles on your forehead! It was the most insidious manifestation of that deadly disease…
A new study has found that forehead wrinkles are linked to a higher lifetime risk from cardiovascular disease.
According to the study; Wrinkles on the forehead explained that person’s risk of dying from cardiovascular disease is 10 times higher. According to a 20 year long research by scientists; Wrinkles on the upper part of the eyebrow are a red flag for possible problems such as heart disease or stroke…
They analyzed 3,200 adults aged 32, 42, 52 and 62 who had been healthy for 20 years. Points were given based on the number and depth of wrinkles on their foreheads.
Zero meant the skin was perfectly smooth and three meant the skin had a lot of deep wrinkles. They found that people with high scores had a slightly higher risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. So much so that those who scored two and three had a 10 times greater risk of life than those who scored zero.
Esquirol said, “The higher your wrinkle score, the higher your cardiovascular risk.”
The risk factors for a silent heart attack are the same as those for a symptomatic heart attack. The most common are: Age (45 years or older for men, 55 years or older for women or should be in menopause) Diabetes (Diabetes) Overweight High blood pressure (blood pressure) High cholesterol Lack of exercise (sedentary lifestyle) Previous heart attack Tobacco use Family history of heart disease Stress Had a COVID-19 infection
Nonclassical heart attack symptoms can include:
– Shortness of breath
– Discomfort in the throat, neck, jaw or any limb
– Unexplained fatigue.
Some patients believe they have heartburn and may take stomach medications to relieve it, rather than accepting that the pain may be heart related.
A silent heart attack can manifest with certain symptoms. But often many people go on with their lives without noticing these symptoms. There are some precautions that can be taken in this situation.
Diabetes patients, excessive smoking and blood pressure patients in particular can go to the hospital because of the symptoms they show. Silent heart attack can be detected in the controls.
HOW DO YOU DETECT A SILENT HEART ATTACK?
Symptoms of a heart attack are nausea and vomiting, sudden cold sweat, dizziness, restless general condition, fatigue, shortness of breath and cardiac arrhythmia.
Contrary to popular belief, the symptom of a heart attack does not always appear in the form of severe and sudden chest pain.
Some people can have a silent and hidden heart attack (especially those with diabetes) without obvious symptoms.
