How to consume muesli in the diet?
To keep your granola in the best possible way, you should store it in a dry, cool and dark place.
It is best to put it in an airtight container, such as a mason jar. In extreme cases, if you made it for a cavalry regiment, you can keep it in the fridge or even the freezer, but this may change the texture of some of the ingredients. It can be eaten alone as a snack in milk and yogurt of your choice. But you can also use it in ice cream.
Many recipes use coconut oil to make granola because it has a thick texture. But it’s high in saturated fat, so we recommend using extra virgin olive oil or canola oil instead. If you want to focus more on taste than nutrition, butter is a must have. But it should be enough.
